These people not only create an environment where the insights of each individual amplify within the food truck but they also happen to create an energetic and inspiring environment where everyone grows and learns. Passion with a vision to serve hygienic fusion street food with pocket friendly prices is what drove Suhani, Utkarsh and Prateek to come up with the idea of a food truck.

Their fusion food is an amalgamation of Mexican, Italian and Indian food. Experimental as this may sound, they plan to expand their menu soon. Some of their savory dishes to entice your appetite are Mexican Burrito, Mexican Rice with Shahi Paneer and Rumali Burrito. “We like to play with textures and flavors, mixing new ingredients with old favorites”, adds Utkarsh as he talks about the menu which he thinks blends well with the taste buds of the Indians. It’s unlikely for an idea like theirs to not find wings to fly.

For them it’s only been a year since Restron Wheels hit the road and it’s been soaring high since then, with the zomato rating of 3.3, we ask the people behind Restron Wheels about their success mantra. Suhani and Prateek proudly provide us with the insight of the food truck business as they add that maintaining a balance is like providing a backbone to the business. Engaging customers, finding different parking spots and experimentation is the key to sure shot success. “Owning a restaurant on wheels is more of a challenge but with time and expertise one overcomes all the hurdles in their way”, adds Suhani.

The partners of Restron Wheels have their plan in place, their services justified and a future well aligned. They are preparing themselves to rapidly expand their hold onto the city. Their latest development is corporate buffets lunches. They even offer event management services and event consultation.
